Site plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this latest document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a key detailing various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
